The unit has been restored to its original masonry, brick and concrete design and offers a versatile, commercial/industrial interior with a large open space, concrete floors and large windows offering lots of natural light, making it ideal for a creative office space, a gallery, or a multitude of industrial or studio set-ups. Photogenic hallways and stairwells can be found throughout the rest of the building, along with an accessible rooftop (for an additional rate) offering beautiful views of the downtown area. The striking brick and glass exteriors can accommodate a variety of time periods and geographical locations. Loft Apartment 1 is available 7 days a week for print, commercial, television, feature film, and still photography.
